About Self-Acupressure and Hypnotherapy for Sleep
The self-acupressure helped me relax and fall asleep

I had been in a lot of pain and discomfort and wasn’t sleeping well. I used the self-acupressure before bed, and it helped my whole body relax so deeply that I fell asleep before I even finished the audio. After just one night, my sleep felt more restorative, and my HRV was slightly higher the next morning. I was genuinely surprised by how helpful the self-acupressure was.
